Our story began with real-life experience. A pet entered a home, and over time, changed the hearts of the people in it. What was once hesitation became care. What was once distance became daily companionship. That belief became the beginning of FIDERRO.

Story One: Six Years Is Only the Beginning From Cici

Six years ago, because of my childhood experience of raising a dog — and by a stroke of fate — I adopted a four-month-old poodle online. Just like that, he came into my life.

At first, my family did not fully understand. They did not object, but their eyes seemed to ask, “Why go through all this?”

I did not explain much. I simply fed he, walked with him, and stayed by his side as he grew up day by day.

Somewhere along the way, my father began to take the initiative to walk the dog, and my mother started remembering his feeding schedule and deworming dates. Over the past six years, our family gradually developed a new understanding of what the word “pet ” truly means.

These six years are only the beginning.

It was also this experience that made me determined to enter the pet products industry.
Because a change in perspective does not come from preaching. It comes from daily companionship, from seeing, feeling, and living together. And a good product can truly make a difference — a safer material, a more thoughtful design, a more considerate detail. Each of these can make the relationship between people and pets easier, giving love the chance to take root and slowly become part of everyday life.

I hope FIDERRO will never be just a cold, distant brand. I hope it will be more like a warm companion, walking alongside those who truly love animals and accompanying them on a longer journey.
